#EveningWalk Surprised us with a rain shower!
The double-rainbow was spectacular.

Also spotted:
- First mushrooms
- Line of touring bikers
- Pair of large grey / black birds of prey over the river
(Not Common Buzzards or Golden Eagles) -
#SilentSunday everything looks green again.
This track winds off the main road towards some abandoned fields, and a small river ford.
There are *really good* plums still growing on the sides of that crumbling barn.
(But they had ripened / fallen into the bramble thicket already)

22/07/2026 - Evening walk after a mind numbing day at work. I've no idea how I've ended up in a job working with humans. They are very annoying, all of them, pretty much all the time. My walk was a welcome relief. Just me and a lovely green weevil to chat to. I think it's a green immigrant leaf weevil.
