Todays #eveningrelaxart was me ttying messy and cheap traditional medium that i have no clue how ppl get good results from.
For me, doing art with pastells is training in letting go of the illusion that i have controll.

But these kinds if art are for this purpose and so this is fine.

Heute hatte ich seit langem noch mal wieder die Energie und endlich noch einmal das Bedürfnis, Emotionen in Kunst zu verarbeiten.

Finished my #eveningrelaxart selfportrait exercise.

Usually when i start the #neonrelaxArt pieces, i do not really know where i head. I start somewhere and sketch a bit and let the process take over.
I try to be honest in those and reflect on my current feelings and where i see myself going.
