It is kind of shocking to me to still see some people speaking poorly of the #NIV #Bible (saying it went liberal w/ the 2011 update). Oftentimes it is by people who don't know a lick of #Hebrew or #Greek, though there are, admittedly, some people who should know better doing this as well.
If you have heard some of those criticisms and are wondering if the NIV actually is a good translation, here's a list of solid #evangelical #scholars who all commend the NIV.
