Given the great strides in #Paris, Grenoble and other french cities to expand their #cycling and green infrastructure, it made sense to bike through #Copenhagen in search of #Galettebretonne and #crepe to celebrate a swim clean Seine and La well and truly Belle #France for today's #Staycation #EuropeOnAPlate (and extra bonus #CopenPay)

As we persist under leaden skies in northern Europe this summer, I'm acutely aware that the last Pyrenean glaciers are almost gone and I wonder if the ski resorts where so (partly) learned to ski still exist.
Our #FamilyStaycation project of eating our way through Europe is bringing back memories but also prompting some good discussions.

It's an almost transcendent experience this summer, cycling through warm, softly breezy and mostly traffic free streets with the scent of sweet limes in the air.
Everyone should be able to have this experience in their home town.

Europe has 49 countries + I'm still missing suggestions for 23 of them, would love to hear your favourite foods from Estonians, Bulgarians, Montenegrans, Azeris, Armenians, Moldovans etc, etc.

A plan for the family #staycation is to sample food from every country in Europe from our own home
One a day.Some of them are dead easy (pizza/pasta anyone?), some of the countries are much harder.
