Tatsächlich habe ich mir noch nie Gedanken über das Seitenverhältnis von Euroboxen gemacht. Ist das auch so ein sqrt(2)-Ding? Also eine #Eurobox ist 0,5 Europaletten lang und 1/(2*sqrt(2)) Europaletten breit?

Liebe Freunde von #Eurobox, #Eurokiste und #Eurobehälter, ich bräuchte mal etwas Beratung.

Ich suche für das private Lagerregal zu Hause Boxen mit Grundfläche 600x400mm, am liebsten mit Deckel. An Höhe hab ich ca. 400mm zur Verfügung, vermutlich werde ich da zwei kleinere Boxen aufeinander stapeln, sofern sich nichts mit der passenden Höhe findet.

Hat jemand eine Empfehlung für Boxen mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bzw. eine günstige Bezugsquelle?

Sneak preview of my 6 × 3.5″ storage devices insert for Auer EG21512 Euroboxes.

Pondering about reducing #3dPrinting time by making this a two piece set. Currently between 2½ hours (0.28mm DRAFT) and 8hours (0.20mm STRUCTURAL).

Structural stability is important given a full box will be around 4.5kg. I’d still like to reduce material from 150g to under 100g.

Filled with 6 disks the box cannot be stackable. I still want to ensure stackability without disks.

The #hydroponic​s system I built this summer was a stack of two #Eurobox​es. Each lower box was the tank while the upper box contained the plants, either in substrate, as a flood table or in an „ebb-and-flood DWC“.
E&F DWC worked very well.
The plants basically exploded while I was away for two weeks and I didn’t manage to control them for the rest of the season.
There‘s a (tasty) horror movie to be made about vines of Tomatoes and Physalis taking over a garden.
(Refilling 8 tanks is stupid)

I know that’s ridiculous, but this hurts me deeply every time: #Eurobox​es just barely don't fit into my roller door cabinets because the door fitting is just a tiny bit too thick.

Seit ich in das #Rabbithole #Kleinladungsträger* oder #Eurobox / #Bäckerkiste​n gefallen bin, sehe ich um mich herum überall Behälter und Fächer, die einfach gar keine Existenzberechtigung haben.

Das ist, was #Eurobox betrifft mit großem Abstand das beste was ich am Markt kenne.

Anyone know a good and inexpensive source for a shelf similar to the one in this picture? It's the only practical and somewhat aesthetic solution I found while searching for an eurobox based shelf system. Sadly it's just an image search result without any context (product name, manufacturer, ???).

I know it would be possible to build something similar quite easily, but I'm trying to avoid new projects and just clean up and sort some stuff.
