For instance, in relation to employee participation, the proposal the Commission published yesterday states that an #EUInc is in principle "subject to the employee participation rules applicable in the Member State in which it has its registered office." (Art. 12) So the concerns ETUI expressed are not valid anymore.

The @EUCommission today unveiled its #EUInc proposal. It provides for a European #corporate rulebook with a single, centralized corporate registration (initially as a central interface for national registrations; later on with a centralized EU registration). Its aim is to make it easier for businesses to start, operate and grow across the EU.
