Vocational training rarely reaches rural communities — because people can't reach the training.
Under the Interreg project INES, we run the courses *in* the community instead. First entrepreneurship groups completed in Daneți, Dolj county, Romania, July 2026.
Target across the Vidin–Montana–Dolj cross-border region: 400 people trained, half in entrepreneurship, half in digital skills.

Our ROCCAS 4 SVO team has been in underserved communities in Dolj County, Romania, promoting free colorectal cancer screening for people aged 50–74 and helping family doctors use the digital screening platform.
ROCCAS 2 screened 51,437 people and caught 273 malignant cases early. Prevention works when you meet people where they are.
