I welcome @EUCouncil's adoption of a General Approach on @EU_Commission's proposal for EU #antiSLAPP Directive.

This is urgently needed to defend targeted threats against #EUdemocracy.

It will provide strong safeguards against SLAPPs in cross-border civil proceedings.
