It is *shameful* that except for in all but 2 countries (#France and #Germany)
#TaxTheRich #EUWealthTax, the threshold has not been be reached. 1)

So much could have been remedied, e.g. in #MentalHealth, where #California leads the way with an earmarked #WealthTax:
