Yet another benchmark in #proteomics .
I was at #eubic2024 to present a poster comparing MaxQuant, MS-Fragger and i2MassChroQ on DDA TimsTOF PASEF data.
A good Match Between Run allows a very good data completeness at the feature level, more quantified proteins without using missing value imputations.
