Essenzialismus: Was ist essenziell, was eins benötigt?

  17. I was recommended the book Essentialism by Greg McKeown. I received my copy yesterday, started reading. So far I dislike the writing style :-) but the message is powerful. Hopefully I'll be able to use it to pivot my current role from being a person that helps everywhere to more focused work.

Any feedback from people who read it?

It's the radical anti-essentialism that Wittig applies to the most credible of beliefs, because of the strength of its naturalization: the idea that men and women are naturally complementary "natural groups".'

This insight avoids both #nihilism and #essentialism, shaping #Mahāyāna and #Zen thought. 39. Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown, 2014

Essentialism is more than a time-management strategy or a productivity technique. It is a systematic discipline for discerning what is absolutely essential, then eliminating everything that is not, so we can make the highest possible contribution toward the things that really matter.

Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less by Greg McKeown.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There is definitely food for thought coming from the book.

I have already made changes to my life and said no a few times.

  42. 📙 Essentialism by Gregory McKeown is an interesting book.

I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to think clearly about their chooses.

Think: ‘I choose to’, not ‘I have to’.
