Kuwait's public authority for civil information showed how all infrastructure assets have a unique PACI number assigned to them. And one use case they gave was that if you were outside of the city and needed a way to communicate your location to an emergency operator, you could just give them the number on a street post and they would locate that post.
Honestly? That seems kinda smart. That's a pretty good integration of systems.
