This is an absolutely terrible idea and the fact that the ESRB is spearheading it makes me frustrated to no end. There is absolutely no reason to go this route for mature rated game sales. This is a violation of privacy. It is easily manipulated. It is prone to false negatives. Why would we do this after fighting off attempts to restrict M rated game sales in ways that aren't even this bad. No!
