As mentioned in my earlier #post : #SBF is showing #erratic behavior, the signs of a mental breakdown, and I hope he is getting the #mental #Care and #support that he needs. We need to hold him responsible for what he did, but we have a responsibility to extend him the necessary care throughout this process, which will likely take years.

People have always joked that I don’t sleep. Actually it’s more that I work at unusual hours. My #erratic sleep schedule is a function of my mental/emotional #energy cycles, and has been true from a very young age. I used to believe this was part of my #introversion. I’ve recently accepted this is part of my #neurodiversity and #autism.
It’s still important to be functional during “normal” hours. I feel so much more productive at these other times. #actuallyautistic @actuallyautistic
