I mean, I suppose people can change. I suppose it's possible that #EricSwalwell will see the error of his ways, repent, atone for the wrongs he's done, and successfully resist the temptation to commit similar wrongs in the future when put in the position to be able to.
It's possible, but judging from what other men in his place have done, it isn't fucking likely.
Instead, he'll probably drop out of sight for a year or two and then try to rehabilitate his image without having done the work.
