Today, #AnzacDay, seems like a good day to revisit Eric Bogle's song "The Band Played Waltzing Matilda." It's been recorded by Bogle himself, and the Pogues, and about a million other people, but to me, this will always be the One True Version of this towering #folkmusic classic.

Still recovering from my latest #neuro #flare, but delighted to manage nearly an hour of #accordion practice. Mainly practicing my arrangements of tunes like #EricBogle tune No Man's Land, #Aladdin live action movie's Speechless, #Despacito and #EdSheeran #Shivers. But also continuing to learn a very tricky version of #PhantomOfTheOpera, and enjoying an old favourite #Spanish Gypsy Dance and a lovely #MyFairLady medley. #Squeezebox #Music #MusicPractice #Disney #PopMusic #Musicals

Mammoth session updating my #accordion #music #arrangements with new notes from the latest plays. Updated the computer software #SheetMusic versions of Anastasia’s Once Upon A December, Eric Bogle’s No Man’s Land, Aladdin’s Speechless, Despacito and Que Sera Sera.
