    So, yesterday was my first day of #rehabilitation #clinic for #LongCovid . My gosh there's so much therapy #ErgoTherapy , #physiotherapy , #psychotherapy , optiohal #arttherapy or #musictherapy . When I'm done here I'll need #therapy for all the therapy 😂 my #autism isn't a fan of the total disruption of EVERYTHING! But it likes the well structured days. Everything is planned out and I don't have to do any of the planing 😬 Food isn't half bad either 🙂
