Ayy, lmao. Just fixed a piece of js software one guy was #vibecoding a year ago, then left. I inherited the code since it's an important piece of #ergon infrastructure. It was a zip-packaged directory with a git repo and a tone of uncommitted code. I deployed it as it was and it actually worked. Later I messed something up and it suddenly stopped working. After an entire day of debugging it turned out the guy edited an external package directly within node_modules. I restored that from the zip and it's back working. I messed it out by reinstalling that package.

Been spending a lot more time on my #ebike lately (opposed to my regular bikes). Wife just got one so we’ve been out together.
Playing with the cockpit setup and have kinda settled on this.
#salsa Bend2 bars 17degree bend. I’ve these bars in 17 and 24 degrees. Like them a lot!
The grips and Barends are #ergon GP5 Biokork. These are new to me, never tried egro grips before, but reports are good.
Few test rides today, first proper ride out tomorrow. Will report back.

Hi @KevinCarson1 ! Would you be willing to come talk to us on Ergon Talks podcast? I've been reading Studies In Mutualist Political Economy and I learned that your formulation of the cost theory of value is exactly what I recovered from the maths in the whitepaper of the project I'm involved in - Ergon.
#Ergon is essentially a cypher cash that unlike Bitcoin has price-elastic supply, generated proportionally to the work done by the miners. Thanks to that it has a defined price in terms of work. The goal is creating a decentralized, unstoppable currency that will actually serve as a stateless currency not as a silly "investment".

I've recently exchanged them for wooden #Velospring grips with torsion bar suspension (https://velospring-fahrradgriffe.de/sen-comfort/?lang=en) and I'm very happy with how they feel. But they're way more sensitive to scratches. Another downside is their price tag: The wooden ones are ~€220 (non-wooden version ~€120).

Ui, da kommt großer Neid auf bei dem Bild. 😁 Aber nicht wegen der Alkoholwerbung (die ist weniger mein Fall, wenn auch gelungen) sondern wegen der #Scheibenbremsen und der (vermuteten) #Rohloff am #Brompton. Und was ist das für ein non-standard Lenker? Und #Ergon-Hörnchen stehen auch auf meiner Wunschliste, allerdings auf der realistischeren. 😉
Die weißen Felgen sehen ja auch super aus. Das würde an mein "feuerwehrfarbenes" Brompton auch noch passen.

@bren: Currently have the (seemingly no more available) #Ergon GS1 on my #Brompton (a H6R, too, I think). They were a recommendation by my #bicycle mechanic. He though had to shorten the grips on the inner side a bit. So far no issues with that.
But generally I'd like to have grips with horns. I just feared that they would interfere with the folding. So it's good to hear that they don't interfere!
A pity that there is no BioKork variant of the GP2 (but GP1 and GP3).
