My research passions are #MicrobialGenomics, #AMR, #Virulence, #MobileGeneticElements & #Epigenomics. I'm most interested in bacterial #InfectiousDiseases, with clinical and/or public health focuses. My research to date has focused on Escherichia coli, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Klebsiella species. Have a lot of experience with NGS data & #phylogenomics. Love research! 🦠
