Dein Projekt ist veraltet, bevor es fertig ist.
Die Planung orientiert sich an den Anforderungen von heute. In 10 Jahren gelten andere.
Regularien wie die EPBD machen CO₂-Nachweise im Bauantrag bald verpflichtend. Gebäude ohne Nachhaltigkeitsnachweis werden schwerer finanzierbar, vermietbar, verkäuflich. Aus einem guten Projekt wird eine teure Fehlinvestition.
Planst du für heute? Oder für die Realität?

5/ Stichwort "handwerkliche Mängel": Hier ist der #GModG-Entwurf in mehrfacher Hinsicht ein Negativbeispiel:
❌ Erstens hat sich die BReg offenbar keine großen Gedanken zur Klimawirkung gemacht, was für ein zentrales Gesetzesvorhaben im #Gebäudesektor, der seit Jahren zuverlässig die #Klimaziele verfehlt, und bei der #Wärmewende hinterherhinkt schon ziemlich desaströs ist!

@Larvitz Wohnungsbaugesellschaften haben auch kaum Interesse etwas an Gasetagenheizungen zu ändern.
Wenig wartungsaufwand, kaum Verwaltungsaufwand und wenn eine ausfällt beschwert sich nur ein Mieter.
Der örtliche SHK-Betrieb hat die Teile meistens vorrätig und der Ausfall ist schnell behoben.Da die #EPBD nicht in deutsches Recht überführt wird, besteht auch kein Druck zu handeln.
Als Mieter, so wie wir, kann man nur vom Spielfeldrand zusehen und auf ein Wunder hoffen.

Nach dem Gerichtsurteil des #Bundesverwaltungserichts gegen die @Bundesregierung sollte allen Ressorts jetzt klar sein, dass das vielfach geplante Aufweichen von Maßnahmen jetzt nicht mehr drinne ist, sondern im Gegenteil der #Klimaschutz nachgeschärft werden muss! D.h. konkret u.a.:
⚡ @BMWK wird das #EnEfG #Effizienzgesetz nicht schleifen können dürfen, sondern endlich ordentlich die #EU-Vorgaben ambitioniert umsetzen müssen!
⚡#Gaskathi und das @BMWSB_Bund werden die Novelle des #GEG zum #Gebäudemodernisierungsgesetz nicht nutzen dürfen, um die #Wärmewende weiter zu torpedieren, sondern werden neben strengem Fuelswitch AUCH #Sanierungsmaßnahmen und #Effizienzstandards für #Gebäude besser aufstellen müssen! #EPBD #MEPS #Worstfirst
⚡ Das @bmv muss zwingend ein #Tempolimit angehen, anders lassen sich die notwendigen Minderungsbeiträge des Ressorts nicht erreichen!
⚡ und vieles mehr!Klar ist: #Klimaklagen bzw. #Gerichtsurteile wurden auch in der Vergangenheit viel zu oft ignoriert. Aber lassen wir sie damit nicht durchkommen!!! Die Durchsetzungsfähigkeit des #BMUKN, bleibt spannend. In jedem Fall ist das Urteil in diesen Zeiten erstmal eine #goodnews (bei aller notwendigen #litigation). Denn es hat die #Klimakrise überhaupt erst mal wieder auf die öffentliche Tagesordnung gesetzt. Danke @umwelthilfe et al dafür!!!

Erfreulich bzgl. #Wärmewende ist: Auch bei #Nichtwohngebäude:n, einem der Schwerpunkte der anstehenden #EPBD-Umsetzung, tut sich was beim #Heizungstausch / #Fuelswitch: Auch hier steigt der Anteil der #Wärmepumpe:n sichtbar. Aber auch hier gilt: der #GasExit muss schneller umgesetzt werden, #Fernwärme kann/muss auch noch zulegen! Und dabei reden wir hier noch nicht mal von #Sanierung mit #Dämmung der #WorstFirst-Nichtwohngebäude z.B. via #MEPS u.ä. 5/x
