Während andere Länder die überfällige #EPBD Gebäudeenergieeffizienzrichtlinie längst umsetzen will die BuReg "Spielräume bei der Umsetzung der EPBD nutzen" was bedeutet, dass sie es nicht gebacken kriegt. Kleiner Hinweis: Spielräume sind auch nach oben in Richtung Ambition und Innovation möglich.
