My daughter drinks an Ensure Plus every day to maintain her weight. It's always worried me since I think of it as being a liquid doughnut. I'd like to know which group she is in. The study participants tested at 4 time points after drinking an Ensure . At over $260 per test, although a remarkably low price, it's still too expensive for us to replicate.
