  1. We're supporting @sage_southaus to do undertake a particiaptory micro-grant funding round for local grassroots groups and initiatives that can offer projects to help address systemic and long term issues around wellbeing in our activist (and related) communities.

We're preparing to use an incredible open source tool called CoBudget but as we look over the code we can see that since COVID the project could do with a little love.

Are you or do you know any devs who could look over the project code and pass on their thoughts for improving the developer experience on the project.

The project needs to attract some new devs and we've often found making it easier to get involved and contribute can help attract new dev contributors.

  2. #CoLiving

Co-living is about living well with housemates, intergenerational homes and in intentional communities like eco-villages. Basically anything beyond the modernist nuclear family setup.

Does anyone have any resources around co-living from getting started zines to resources on setting up good housemates decision making practices.

Increasingly folks around me are exploring different configurations for living together and it raises questions around how to do this well.

    Keen for resources!!!

  3. The is a great piece by Rich Bartlett of #Enspiral, #Loomio, and #TheHub, talking about the advantages of federations of small groups, over networks of loosely connected individuals:

It's reasons like these I encourage community-hosting more than self-hosting. Note: I'm not against self-hosting, for those who have the skills and motivation to set up and maintain it, it's just not my ideal that everyone self-hosts.
