In latest incident, IAEA #team stationed at #ZNPP was informed by plant that a military #strike damaged a regional #substation on Wednesday, cutting #electricity to #Enerhodar & also impacting #water supplies. For 2nd time this week, IAEA experts reported that there was no tap water available in some buildings at the site.
