  3. Today’s new thing:
    Try to save 75% on our usual energy usage between 17:30 and 18:30

    Another Octopus saving session, but at a more difficult time in the evening and this time we were at home, so the challenge was:
    To eat in the dark (with toddler and try to explain what’s going on and keep him entertained)
    Turn off everything that could safely be switched off to get to under about 6p per kilowatt hour (kWh). We got it down to 5p per kWh.
