In the #Netherlands, when you sell your house you must get it inspected for #EnergyEfficiency. The house gets an #EnergyLabel, much like the labels from cars and appliancea, that you must include it in the ad. Eventually all homes have such a label.
Homes with low rating will command lower selling price and lower rent - and hopefully this can also be used to mandate that #landlords make #rental properties more thermally resilient (saving the tenants heating and cooling costs).
