  1. We started (Mar '26) at ~415MM barrels and committed to 172MM draw down landing around ~243MM barrels.

    That's a ~41% reduction from already low levels. We did not recover from Biden's draw related to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, though it's been a generally downward trend since 2010-2011.

    The EIA claimed (link above) the draw down would take 120 days at "planned discharge rates." We're one week's data away from 120 days and are only at 42% of target.

    The target is...
    -- *well below* the first (and lowest) number the EIA makes available, Aug 1982: 270MM.

    -- 33% of the peak from 2010-11.

    -- 60% of what Biden spent over 2.5 years.
