We stopped cooking with gas years ago. It was the hot water for the shower which made us keep our gas connection but now we have electric hot water and it's time for the absurdly over-sized central heating boiler to go as well: Because we've insulated well it only actually worked for the equivalent of five minutes at full power in the whole year.

Mooi initiatief in januari 1980: 'Energie Anders', waar op een heel praktische manier wordt tentoongesteld welke duurzame mogelijkheden er zijn voor thuis: zonnepanelen, windmolens, dubbel glas. Zou wel een nieuwe editie van georganiseerd mogen worden, met de laatste technieken en berekeningen.
