The Nissan Leaf is a necessary runabout, as there are many places such as food banks, potential workplaces and supermarkets where bringing a bus in is impractical, not to mention expensive to use as a commuting or shopping vehicle.

The massive #OBBB (tax and budget bill) signed into law on July 4 is predicted to deliver a "devastating blow" to many of the 680,000 Marylanders who receive #SNAP benefits, writes Sam Gauntt.
