No return to a time when presidential power was constrained, when the judiciary had the final say, when law enforcement agencies functioned as independent institutions rather than tools of political power. That system is already gone.
The Orange Ape and his henchmen have buried the concept of Trias Politica and are going to reform the US into a hellhole.
Unfortunately it's not just the US people that are going too suffer from this. Ukraine, Europe, Canada and basically the entire western world will feel the fallout of the fall of US democracy. Greenland and Panama have good reasons to be worried too...

I've started asking my co-workers what their plans are when the U.S. #dictatorship gets violent and half of them have thought it out and the other half... I think my questioning is snapping them out of their slumber because they stop what they're doing and look at me with wide eyes.

Why is there no compassion for the genocide in Gaza? Because those who hold power behind the scenes want a visible demonstration of their power.
