Unsere neue #Anycubic #KobraS1Combo ist heute bei uns eingetroffen.
Aktuell druckt der Drucker eine Erhöhung für seine eigene #ACEPro Einheit, damit diese nicht mehr auf der Kunststoffabdeckung stehen muss.
Was soll ich sagen? Ich habe vorher massiv mit mir gehadert, aber wir hatten Glück. Wir bekamen ein einwandfreies, glattes Druckbett out of the box.
Das Ding ist ein Geschwindigkeitsmonster im Vergleich zu unserem alten #Ender3S1 und druckt nach seinem initialen Setup (nach drei manuell durchzuführenden Firmware-Setups) ohne manuelle Anpassungen schon extrem sauber.
Leider waren die 4 kg Anycubic High Spped Filament mit #NFC Tags noch nicht im Lieferumfang, diese werden separat verschickt.
Also das Sunlu PLA+ rein, die Druckdateien über die iPhone-App ausgewählt, in der Cloud slicen lassen, den Druck gestartet und über die integrierte Kamera den Fortschritt verfolgen.
Das ist alles in allem schon extrem nice.

Alright Fediverse, I need your help. The heated bed on my modded Ender 3 Pro is starting to die. I'd like to get a replacement and I keep seeing good prices on Ender 3 S1 beds. Can I use an S1 bed on my 3 Pro? It looks like it should fit, but I'm hoping that someone else has tried this and had success before I try this myself.

I had to design a couple utility parts lately, which reminded me how great #Ender3S1 is. If you are new to the hobby or need a no-nonsense printer that worked as shipped (and assembled without tuning), this is my recommendation.

Inexpensive printers can be difficult to setup and tune in, but #Ender3S1 was the easiest one to get started with. Easy to assemble, brilliant print quality straight from the box, great features like BLTouch and DD extrusion. Full review here

@3dprinting Tuning bed leveling and first layer. After `SCREWS_TILT_CALCULATE` multiple times to get the bed with "zero" tilt, measured Z distance and re-did bed mesh, I've got this, not perfect but getting there. Octogon got still some areas of defect but most of it is good. Perhaps I should give my bed mesh more probe points? #ender3S1 #klipper

@3dprinting Switched recently my ender3 S1 to klipper, got some great initial prints and started to fine tune it, now I think I’m printing too far away from the bed: already got 2 failed prints, doing something clearly wrong. Someone can point me how to properly level the bed, “paper test” it’s distance, save the bed mesh and how to properly retrieve it in the start code with klipper? #klipper #bedleveling #bltouch #ender3s1 #newbie
