Hihi! As you may know there has been an #encampment going on at Campus Coupure to pressure the #UGhent to implement a full #academic #boycott. In light of this, we as Ghent Student Encampment are organizing a #protest on Thursday the 30th of April. The plan is to have a collective lunch from 12h onwards at the encampment and a march at 13h30 from Campus Coupure to the Rectorate, where there will be a protest with speeches and chanting! The goal is to get as many people there as possible to put pressure on the University
At 12:30, there is collective lunch; at 13:30 we walk from coupure to the rectorate where we'll arrive and protest/chant/make noise

The Grange Fair and Encampment in Centre Hall was my Nana's and my vacation destination at the end of every summer in my childhood. FYI: Outsiders are definitely welcome at the general #encampment sites to show support, you just won't be allowed to go through the camp gates. However, the periphery is very active and open for all with food, beverage, educational material, activities, etc.
Your physical presence also helps in regards to security as zios et al. sometimes come and cause trouble
