Since more people might need this information: locking pin backs exist and are great to secure your enamel pins and pin badges (those without a safety pin needle). I got mine from https://www.fangamer.com/products/locking-pin-backs and they work nicely in my experience. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be available at the https://www.fangamer.eu/ counterpart yet. It seems like Etsy has a lot of options. If you can reconmend a seller there or a place in Europe/Austria/Vienna, I'd be happy to hear it!
