    Errr this is beyond my brain's capacity to process, but sharing for those on #migraine meds that are the #CGRP type. In the US they're meds like #Ajovy #Emgality etc

    CW: Observations on new migraine med

    I'm 2.5 weeks into my 1st month on #Emgality. Today is day 5 of my 1st #migraine since starting.

    - Onset was odd & didn't recognize migraine, so didn't treat immediately
    - Greater foothold created by delay
    - #Pain better than no meds, but worse than when I can immediately treat
    - Neuro + GI symptoms worse
    - Missed more work than usual

    Hoping I can learn to recognize onset w differences & treat sooner. Otherwise this is a no-go.
