I’m used to games running on Linux more by accident than by design, and when problems come up, most studios show little interest in helping. With today's (anti-cheat) update, #Embark appears to have locked out all #ArcRaiders #Linux players from the game. Hopefully unintentionally.
There are already dozens of reports from Linux / #SteamDeck users who are being kicked for allegedly using "prohibited software." I'm experiencing the same issue right now & am currently unable to play my favourite game.
Now we'll have to see whether this is a bug, intention or yet another case of the "we only support Windows, sorry bye bye"-middlefinger
