A criminal complaint against German Government officials and arms trade executives was filed yesterday by a collective of lawyers in Berlin with the support of the European Legal Support Center (ELSC), Palestine Institute for Public Diplomacy (PIPD) and Law for Palestine.

Of course, this is ridiculous, because the slogan is much older than Hamas, and the Federal Ministry of the Interior has absolutely no proof that it is a Hamas slogan. Lawyers from the #European #Legal Support Centre #ELSC , Palestinian #HumanRights group #AlHaq, #SOMO and #TheRightsForum have filed a #CriminalComplaint in the #Netherlands, alleging Booking.com is #profiteering from the commission of #WarCrimes in the #OccupiedPalestinianTerritory.
Booking.com was founded and is headquartered in #Amsterdam, where #Dutch #law prohibits companies and individuals from profiteering from war crimes.
The group of lawyers has referred the case to the #DutchPublicProsecutionService, which is examining whether to lay #CriminalCharges against Booking.com.
