@LTDLGuidon @Armavica yeah, we are several people to know that "anybody is welcome" means that only the most priviledged people will be able to join and have their voice heard. most people do not know that, and it is a known problem.
We have built a working group for diversity, just like other countries, bus as usual, joining efforts worldwide and gaining diversity is advancnig best when we are several persons and have financial support to reach and help others to join, no only for priviledged women but for more diverse people.
There are OSM wiki page about that.
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/France/OSM-FR/Groupes_de_travail/Inclusivit%C3%A9
i proposed a conference on the subject, just like the OSM Rainbow group did buf focused on France group, but it got rejected in the selection, no luck.
i also have been making interviews for lesser viewed people making and participating in libre projects: "Elles font le libre". like this one for example
https://peertube.cipherbliss.com/videos/watch/47fac8a6-a146-47e9-8701-2fa77a94b8da
funny thing is that even for people working on inclusivity, we can see that any similar group is hard to reach and sometimes very self focused and not willing to join efforts, not even to anwser back.
As long as the main persons headings the big group will not take the subject as essential, it will stay this way.
