Excited to share #ELIXIRMetabolomics highlights from the #ELIXIREurope All Hands 2025 workshop, "The Role and Landscape of Ontologies for the ELIXIR Communities," held in Thessaloniki! This event brought together ontology creators, users, and providers to discuss best practices and future steps for semantic data integration in multi-omics and systems biology. 1/

For this, #RCIM will:
🔹 Connect international standards with ELIXIR resources
🔹 Develop semantic models for better metadata and interoperability
🔹 Improve reporting of metabolite names & identifiers
🔹 Deliver guidelines, training, and innovative, semantic-based solutions for metabolomics research
