Long story short, my #electronicarts account, which I exclusively use to play FC24 on the Switch, has been blocked due to "systems abuse". I haven't used it in one year, let alone done anything with it which could be considered "abuse", so it clearly has been hacked. I have already appealed the decision four times and always gotten a generic negative answer back, with no answer to my questions. I contacted support and was told there is no way to appeal other than the mechanism I have already unsuccessfully tried four times, so I should keep trying.

I have now tried to request all data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. A human (?) finally told me they're going to send me the info I requested, although, "In order to preserve EA trade secrets, [they] do not include any data relating to [their] detection systems, game protection logs, or other similar data." They also told me this "will not affect the sanction".

If this isn't Kafkaesque, I don't know what is. Any advice?
