@don_k4rlos Absolutely! "I've tasted their beer and I don't like it!" is so much transparent bollocks. Are we to believe he likes every single act he's booked? Does he taste the products of every single food van? Like hell he does.
The truth is #Heineken (here) and #Diageo (elsewhere) have events and festivals stitched up between them.

I do love that this year the discussion around #electricpicnic being fully in the pocket of huge multinational corporation for drinks is finally started. Melvin Benn is being asked about that by journalists, and him being visibly annoyed is great. You cant be "for the environment" and choose to be against small guys literally brewing next door to the festival site. #mastodaoine

Electric Picnic, it would seem you only have Heineken products at your festival again this year.
You have a strong sustainability policy, which is good to see, but how does that fit in with not stocking beer from @ballykilcavan, the brewery that’s only a few miles down the road, grow their own barley, encourage biodiversity on their farm and are gold members of Origin Green?
