For a few months now, one of our greenworks batteries never charged properly. Finally this week it showed as dead in the charger. We managed to “jump start” the battery and it was recognized again in the charger, but still wasn’t charging properly. Today while preparing to top up each cell one at a time, I discovered a bad solder connection. Fixed that and success! Battery now properly charging. Shoddy workmanship!

I don’t know who #EGO buys their batteries from, but my EGO 21”mower is still running on its ORIGINAL battery, now nine years old.
Every time I think it’s getting near replacement time, it powers through my overgrown lawn on a single charge like a boss.

Been #mowing the #lawn with an #ElectricMower recently. Something I've got to say about it, it's still pretty loud, a lot louder than the #PushMower for sure, but when I think about the actual amount of noise it's generating, it's nothing like the deafening, far reaching sound of a gas powered #LawnMower.
It's hard to recognize that when you're standing next to it, because they both sound equally loud, your ears just can't handle the amount of noise coming out of a gas powered lawn mower, but you can easily yell over the sound of the electric one, and you could reasonably mow the lawn at odd hours without your neighbor complaining, assuming they have the windows closed.
