One very interesting charge brought against Trump & his co-conspirators in Georgia is
"conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer", especially when looking at Rudy Giuliani, who used to be called "America's mayor" years ago.

you should understand it as an implicit threat to abuse the power of publicity of presidential office to manipulate & incite people to exert possibly even physical pressure against you until you will comply with the seatholder's demands.
