I do really love my job and #VascularSurgery :OR:
Looking ahead at the week, we have such a variety of operations lined up.
Some need very fine motor skills, others specialist equipment, using ultrasound, saw, X-ray etc
Most require a big team to be there - with a lot of different expertise in the room.
The limiting factor to make sure all patients get their operations is the one thing out of control for all staff involved : will we have beds?
