Perhaps it was because Milan is very easy to reach by train from Innsbruck. In any case, it was probably the largest delegation from the Department of Organization and Learning at @uniinnsbruck that has ever attended EGOS (European Group for Organizational Studies) Colloquium.
This made it all the more challenging to gather everyone together for a group photo and get an overview of all the papers and studies - the result in form of a blog post:
