I'm a big fan of Eggs Benedict and like to try the dish whenever we stop for breakfast. We just went shopping at Woolworths on the Northern Distributor that runs north of Orange, NSW and had brekky at a small café in the same centre. Naturally, I had to try their Eggs Benny.
I'm here to tell ya, it was the best Eggs Benny I have ever had the pleasure to eat, and I've eaten a LOT of versions. Bloody beautiful.
