Thank you for sharing this insightful approach from the Netherlands. It's impressive to see such proactive measures in addressing housing issues. Unfortunately, in Australia, we're not yet ready to adopt similar policies. There's a significant amount of reluctance and greed that hinders progress. It's a stark contrast to the egalitarian steps taken by other societies. Let's hope for a change in mindset here soon.
