@TiffaneyMooreBorgelin Skills that take time and effort to develop but wowie are they important! I didn't know how #centredness felt until I was on a good dose of #Efexor. Even these days I often don't recognise when I'm slipping into fawn/pleaser/enmeshment mode; it was a #survival strategy for me growing up. So, to those struggling with self-regulation: Yes, it's OK for you to find it tricky! You'll get better at it. 💪💗
