"De zaak die de Europese Commissie aanspant tegen haar eigen data-beschermer, de European Data Protection Supervisor, kortweg ‘#EDPS’. Dat besloot vorig jaar dat de Commissie haar eigen regels had overtreden door gebruik te maken van Microsoft 365".
De EDPS beviel de Commisie om per december 2024 te staken met deze data-overdracht. Zowel de #EuropeseCommissie als #Microsoft gingen in beroep. 😶

Tomorrow is 9th of December, the date of deadline set by the European Data Protection Supervisor by which time the European Commission must have stopped data transfer to the US, including the illegal data collection by Microsoft. I haven't seen any updates on this if the Commission appealed or complied.
