  10. @edutooters I always view the #teacher "evaluation" (observation) process as a collegial one. I want to celebrate where you're great and provide actionable feedback whenever possible. I want your feedback on how I supported you in the process as well. I will co-plan, co-teach, or cover your class so you can see another teacher who's able to demonstrate areas where I made suggestions. I'm far less interested in the "grade" on the rubric than good feedback. What's your evaluation like? #edleaders
