Sunday walkies for @Pupchas and myself in the Peak District

a good 10 mi hike (plus extra for finding our way in the wetlands) with ups and downs, scenic views and some sunburn (despite LPF 50 sunscreen)...

starting from Edale train station, up the Jacob's ladder, along Kinder Low and Kinder Downfall (not much water that day, but still impressive) and down Grinds Brook back to Edale.

We really earned ourselves a pint at the Rambler Inn afterwards.

It’s almost Spine time…
As a reminder, there are 4 races, the longest of which is 268 miles with 39,000 feet of climb along the #PennineWay The athletes running the long race have 7 days. They run day and night from Derbyshire to Scotland and it is epic.
