I would prefer you are interested in the topic, and that you show interest in it before asking. But I am passionate, so why not.
I put the #paleogenetics tag just so as an expert in the field corrects me in case my memory is wrong. I study paleology as an amateur.
I used LLMs for some of my notes, and some deepening
LLMs are not so bad are indicating a few stuffs in paleology. In general I keep on the standard student level kind of things: less chance of hallucinations. But knowledge has to be fed with other source of knowledge, like in any learning technique. (Human learning)1. I would say at the time of Ediacaran ("just" before Cambrian complex-life explosion) First animals with a mouth & an anus: worms. Maybe even a predecessor based on bi-lateral symmetry. From memory there are two types of worms. The differenciation happens at foetus stage. IIRC one sort has the mouth appearing first, the other has the anus appearing first. The distinction is super deep as one of those kinds becomes arthropods and other became reptiles and mamals, and much probably also fish and amphibians (they came before). So probably my memory is wrong and it is the difference between vertebrate and invertebrate
Do you really need 5 paragraphs?
I think you dont care
Just like you dont care about serious subjectsBut for my personnal knowledge strengthening, correction is super welcome
#paleology #edacarianBecause, I dont know if I can count protists into the realm of animals
Personnaly I think so
In which case it will be super difficult for me to tell you about how those tiny animals throw away waste after digestion
I would bet in the protist/protozoa realm, that they have tried everything
